Clark Pillow Company stands 100% behind its products and your satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, however, our Return Policy is:

•Customers have 30 days from the day they receive their order to return any standard sized items.

•We DO NOT accept returns on any custom sizes.

•Customers must submit a filled out “Return Merchandise Authorization Request” form (RMA) to obtain an RMA number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.

•Article being returned should be in unused condition and in original packaging.

•A 10% restocking fee may be charged after examination of returned product.

•Customers are responsible for shipping the products back to us unless the products are defective or there was an error in shipping the order.

•Original delivery fees are refunded only if returns are for defective products or there was an error in shipping the original order.
